Controller

• Full cycle accounting functions (GL, A/R and A/P), including preparation of annual audit working papers.
• Process payroll and benefits, as well as maintain employee files.
• Fulfill all reporting obligations for government (T3010s, T4s, etc.), grants, and contracts.
• Prepare and present internal financial reports (monthly financials, budgets, forecasts, variances) to the Executive Team and Board of Directors.
• Review insurance policies.
• Proactively participate in risk management.
• Manage bank accounts and cash flow.
• Manage cash and volunteers at fundraising events.

Skills - Must Have:

Must be Designated Canadian CPA Must have Not for Profit work experience  Must be able to work from the office (no remote option) Perfect for an experienced Senior Accountant from KPMG, PwC, EY who has Not of Profit industry experience
